Other telcos might save you a few dollars. But if it costs you your peace of mind – is it worth it?

We turn the hidden cost of bad connections into something everyone can relate to: the everyday emotional tax of missed moments, buffering breaks and dead signals. By dramatising how much cheap connectivity really costs you, emotionally, we make the relief of switching to GOMO feel not just real, but obvious.


We took that idea off the screen and onto the streets. At the Telco Trauma Recovery Centre, people could scream, whack, and punch their way through three cathartic games – converting their frustrations into GOMO rewards and a reason to switch on the spot.

Using social listening, we identified the moments bad networks hurt most, then crafted social films that hit people with a message to switch right as their network let them down. We backed it up with OOH across Singapore so wherever bad signal struck, GOMO was already there.
